Windows 2003 servers located at both facilities are synchronized providing real time data access at either location as well as additional backup capabilities.
- An entire backup is performed EVERY DAY and archived. Incremental redundant DATA backups are also created daily--stored on large capacity hard disks. We feel that taking these extra steps for the protection of your test data is a basic requirement for providing quality service to our customers.
- Daily backups are stored OFFSITE in multiple locations, and a monthly archive is created and retained in yet another offsite safe location.
- All personnel using data applications regularly receive the latest TRAINING.
- CD-Re-Writeable storage is used onsite and recordable CD-ROM media are used to provide customers with data in a format recognizable in nearly 100% of PC systems.
- Data may also be transmitted via fax, modem, the Internet or as the customer directs. CONFIDENTIALITY and security of data is strictly enforced and respected!
- The latest in high resolution digital imaging and high quality printing are used to provide accurate and fast turn-around time of graphs, photos and reports.
